Its first part is dedicated to an evaluation of the state of the environment. It proposes a diagnosis on the exploitation of the natural resources, relates pollution and lifestyles, discusses the perception of the environment by the Guinean society, and conducts an economic evaluation of the environment. The second part discusses the objectives and strategy of the national plan. These objectives are: 1) improvement of lifestyles; 2) management and protection of the renewable resources; 3) protection against the major risks; 4) pollution prevention and control; and 5) valuation and preservation of the natural and cultural assets of the country. The third part of this paper translates the above objectives into an action plan, including a list of programs and their implementations.  رؤية أقل ـ
