This report reviews the previous and the ongoing curriculum-reform efforts for schools in Slovakia. Coherent and clear understanding of the curriculum-reform objectives is of particular importance for curriculum reform and implementation at the school level and extends beyond the school to parents, textbook authors, and reviewers. A selection of lessons is presented as key messages for Slovakia.
