On July 30, 2010, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) Council of Governors adopted resolution number eighty-six. It was resolved that Article 11 - covered risks and Article 12 - eligible investments, are henceforth modified. This modernization of the aforementioned Articles is in keeping with changing global conditions and requirements.
