The development objectives of performance based conditions (PCB) Management in the Power Sector Project for Lebanon is to dispose of high risk PCBs and improve the inventory management of transformers in the power sector in an environmentally sound manner. This restructuring requires for a second extension of the closing date from December 31, 2020 to March 31, 2021to complete the project activities.
