Serbia - Real Estate Management Project : environmental assessment : Environmental management plan for the construction of new archive depot building at Belgrade, Zemun for permanent storage and preservation of archival cadastral documents (الإنجليزية)

The development objective of the Real Estate Management Project is to improve the efficiency, transparency and reliability of Serbia’s real property management systems. Some of the negative impacts and mitigation measures include: (i) adequate warning tapes and information signs around the new construction need to be provided and maintained during the civil works; (ii) identify the hazardous and non-hazardous waste and separate them at the construction site; (iii) transportation vehicles should be enclosed to avoid potential leakage; (iv) the vehicles that are excessively noisy shall not be operated until corrective measures have been taken; and (v) vehicles and construction machinery will be required to be properly maintained and to comply with relevant emission standards.
